Electrical Day Shift Engineer

We're working with a highly respected and well-established company seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join their team in a large commercial office in Canary Wharf. This is a brilliant opportunity to work progress within a business who likes to promote within.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
• Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
• Emergency lighting testing and remedial
• Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Previous experience working on plant systems in commercial buildings
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently

Salary and benefits package:

• £50,000
• 12 hour shifts, continental pattern, Days only (7-7)
• 23 days holiday
