• Lead a team in creating a secure, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young people.
• Support the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring positive outcomes and progress towards educational and personal goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with care standards, working closely with the team and management to uphold best practices.
• Provide direct therapeutic support, addressing the developmental needs of the young people in your care.
• Champion safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals, while managing challenging behaviours effectively.
