Maths Teacher

An esteemed Independent School in Kensington is seeking a highly motivated and academically strong Maths Teacher (ECT) to join their Mathematics department on a permanent basis from September 2025. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching journey in a prestigious setting with a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

• Teaching Mathematics to GCSE and/or A-level students in a high-achieving environment
• Planning and delivering lessons that stretch, support, and inspire all learners
• Assessing student progress and providing meaningful feedback
• Contributing to departmental planning and enrichment activities
• Playing an active role in the wider life of the school community

• Early Career Teacher (ECT) with QTS
• A good degree (preferably from a Russell Group university) and strong A-level results
• Experience teaching relevant Maths content at GCSE and/or A-level
• Experience in private education is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High expectations for self and students, with a passion for academic success
• A professional, reliable, and reflective approach to teaching
• Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular life and school initiatives
