We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join a large public authority. This role requires exceptional organisation, political awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties:

• Efficiently manage schedules, appointments and meetings
• Handling all casework, liaising effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate responses
• Planning, organising and overseeing events & conferences
• Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries, showing political awareness while maintaining high levels of professionalism
• Organising meetings, including agenda management and minute taking
• Managing and responding to complaints and enquiries from Members, MPs, and the public
• Preparing high-quality reports and relevant documentation as required

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT proficiency
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
