We are looking for an experienced Roofer / Roofing Operative to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and maintenance services across the South of England. This is a permanent, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across a range of properties while using your expertise to deliver high-quality roofing solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out roofing installation, repair, and maintenance across residential and commercial properties

• Travelling between sites as required, supporting multiple projects

• Preparing and handling materials and tools safely and efficiently

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and following company procedures

• Mentoring or assisting less experienced colleagues when needed

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a roofer or roofing operative, with a strong track record of high-quality work

• Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism

• Positive attitude and team player mentality

• DBS check may be required depending on client sites
