Making Londoners' homes greener, healthier and more affordable to heat

Warmer Homes London (WHL) is a new, ambitious organisation backed by the Mayor of London and London Councils. We're here to transform the energy efficiency of homes across the capital making them greener, healthier, and affordable to heat.

Bringing together councils, housing associations, builders, community energy groups, and training providers, WHL is delivering £231 million in government funding to retrofit homes starting with social housing, private rentals, and low-income owner-occupied homes.

As our Retrofit Strategy and Services Director, you will head up WHL's service design and service delivery functions, ensuring we meet our Delivery Plan commitments and achieve our strategic objectives. You'll build and lead a high-performing team that brings together expertise in asset data, supply chain development, funding and finance solutions, and user-centred service design.

You'll champion a test and learn capability across WHL, embedding service innovation grounded in clear outcomes, robust evidence, and collaborative working.

As a visible member of London's net zero leadership community, you will forge partnerships with local, regional, national, and international stakeholders to create valued, scalable, and impactful retrofit enabling services.
