Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistants - required across Barking & Dagenham and East London.

We are looking for a number of dedicated LSAs to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to ensure every child receives the care they deserve across all year groups from EYFS-16+.

The Role:

Join our partner schools and colleges across East London and make a real difference. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups with learning and social development.
• Help prepare and adapt classroom activities and resources.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence.
• Work with teachers and the SENCO to track progress and share feedback.
• Supervise pupils during breaks and trips when needed.

About You:

• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred).
• Patient, kind and able to build good relationships.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Willing to learn and take part in training.

The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
