Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Location: Blackbushe, Hampshire

Shifts: 40 hours per week - 5 x 8-hour shifts between Monday and Sunday, between 7am and 7pm

Note: Successful candidates will be required to work 1 in every 3 weekends

Pay: £19.44 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our client’s bodyshop in Blackbushe. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and professional environment where high standards and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including masking and prepping as required
• Carry out spray painting using water-based paints
• Check paint colour accuracy and prepare spray-out cards to ensure a perfect match
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance
• Support other departments in the bodyshop when required

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Paint Sprayer (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and make decisions where necessary
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise
• A passion for the motor industry and pride in producing quality results
