Senior CRM Project Manager (12-Month FTC)

Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week on-site in London

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Start Date: ASAP

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior CRM Project Manager to join a leading organisation and drive a business-critical CRM transformation project from start to finish.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle - including scoping, planning, delivery, stakeholder engagement, testing, and post-go-live support - to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Define and lead the CRM strategy and roadmap, aligning with broader transformation goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile delivery practices and ceremonies.
• Gather, prioritise, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable backlogs.
• Oversee data-related aspects such as cleansing, migration, unification, and consent management.
• Manage all stages of project delivery: planning, tracking, testing, change management, and post-implementation support.

• Proven track record of successful CRM implementations.
• Strong project management skills across complex, high-impact projects.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
