Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

Benefits: 28 Days of Annual Leave, Profit Share Arrangement

Schedule: 7:30-4:30The role of the Estimator - Landscaping Services will involve:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for small works within ongoing landscape maintenance contracts
• Assess site information, schedules, and client requests to define project scope and requirements.
• Produce clear, accurate, and competitive quotations in line with company standards.
• Maintain organised records of quotes, pricing data, and supplier information.
• Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure estimates reflect practical delivery.
• Working with order values in the range of £5k-£10k with a standard week totalling £200k
• Typical project value ranges from £500k to £5m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Landscaping Services with:

• Must have an understanding of construction estimating processes
• Must have hands on site experience
• Ideally will have estimating experience within the landscaping market sector
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate complex formulas
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
• Driven, hungry and can work autonomously and as part of a team
