I'm working with a client who is looking to hire an experienced Portal Product Manager to take ownership of their customer portals strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with digital services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering customer-facing portals, with a proven track record of driving UX-led solutions that showcase products and services effectively. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring new portals to life, ensuring they are customer-focused, compliant, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities for the Portal Product Manager:

  • Define and deliver the customer portal strategy and roadmap
  • Gather insights through research, competitor analysis, and client feedback
  • Translate requirements into clear product designs and oversee build/delivery with integration partners
  • Drive portal enhancements that improve customer experience and engagement
  • Support the wider Product team in building best-in-class product practices

Key skills for the Portal Product Manager:

  • Proven background in developing customer-facing portals
  • Experience in UX design and digital engagement
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, especially Dynamics and Power Platform
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams
