Academics is proud to be supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Colchester that is seeking a dedicated Social Science Teacher to join their Humanities/Social Sciences department. The school places great value on critical thinking, societal understanding, and developing students' knowledge of human behaviour and society, creating an inspiring environment for both staff and students.

This is a full-time role, teaching Social Science across KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to support GCSE exam preparation.

The successful Social Science Teacher will have:

QTS (or QTLS) qualification

Experience teaching Social Science subjects at KS3 & KS4

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
