CDM Consultant

I am looking for a Construction (Design and Management) Consultant to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in the North London area. The CDM Consultant will be responsible for Health and Safety on commercial projects.

The successful CDM Consultant will receive:

• A salary between 45,000 and 55,000
• A car allowance
• Flexible working opportunities

As the CDM Consultant, you must have:

• IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• Health and Safety experience
• Hold CDM experience

The CDM Consultant will:

• Act as the Health and Safety Consultant on shop retrofits
• Have extensive knowledge on Health and Safety
• Be the principal designer for the projects.
