The Opportunity

We're looking for a Diploma-Qualified Financial Adviser with solid mortgage advisory experience to join our friendly and expanding team. This role offers a mix of existing clients and new business opportunities, with full administrative and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent financial advice across a broad range of areas including investments, pensions, and protection.
• Utilise existing mortgage advisory experience to offer holistic financial planning solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Ensure all advice provided is compliant with FCA regulations and firm standards.
• Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from broader financial advice beyond mortgage needs.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) - or a few papers left
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser or within mortgage and protection advice.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
