Job Title: GCSE Maths Tutor
Location: Lewisham, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: 25- 30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, structured, and effective tuition in GCSE Maths ensuring students fully grasp key mathematical concepts and enhance their problem-solving skills.
• Use diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles including supporting SEN students where required.
• Develop and implement personalised lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching GCSE Maths.
• Right to work in the UK
• Have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
• Strong communication skills, patience and a passion for helping students succeed.

Desired:

• PGCE in Secondary Maths and/or QTS
• SEN experience
