About the Role:

As our Platform Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in evolving the design and architecture of Hightown's Azure and on-premises infrastructure. You will oversee and manage a complex network connecting over 90 sites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evolve Design and Architecture: Oversee and manage Hightown's Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Oversee Projects: Manage infrastructure-related projects from inception to completion.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: Designing, managing, and maintaining Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, manage performance, and foster professional development.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure management.
