About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor you ll play a crucial role in managing costs and contracts for our client s construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cost Management: Assisting in estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenses.
• Contract Administration: Administering contracts, including variations, claims, and payments.
• Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to cost, time, and quality.
• Collaboration: Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
