What Makes You Shine:

• You hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent qualification - your knowledge is key!
• You have experience as a Nursery Nurse, confidently working with children across a range of ages.
• Your passion for early years education is infectious, and your understanding of the EYFS framework is strong.
• You're a natural communicator, building bridges with children, parents, and your team.
• You thrive as part of a collaborative team, sharing ideas and supporting each other.
