Field Care Supervisor

This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive safe, person centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated team of care assistants.

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of care delivery and supporting both clients and staff. You'll work closely with your team and external partners to ensure care is delivered safely, compliantly, and with dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Updating, reviewing, and managing individual care plans
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring a team of care assistants
• Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Overseeing and supporting safe medication administration
• Liaising with external stakeholders, including local councils and the NHS

• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Sound knowledge of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework
• A proven track record in quality assurance and service improvement
