Support Worker (Children / Crisis Care / HCA) - Kent

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?

We're seeking Support Workers to provide care and stability to Looked After Children (LAC) aged 10-18 in unregulated placements across Kent.

What you'll do:

• Support children with day-to-day life skills.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment.
• Work with social workers, schools & health teams.
• Respond to challenging behaviours with compassion.

What you need:

• Experience with vulnerable young people (LAC or similar).
• Knowledge of safeguarding & trauma-informed care.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends & sleep-ins.
• Driving licence & own vehicle.

Desirable:

• Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
• Previous work in unregulated settings.
• PMVA/MAPA or similar training.
