Specialist Women's Support Team Manager

Women at The Well is a specialist women-only service supporting women who are facing or at risk of sexual exploitation.

The Specialist Women's Support Team Manager is a new role for an experienced, values-led manager who can lead and develop a committed team of caseworkers delivering specialist 1:1 support and advocacy for some of London's most excluded women.

We are looking for someone who shares our values, wants to make a difference and who will dvelop and champion their team so that there is real imapct for women.
