Role/Job Title: Social Care Trainer
Location: Various locations across Kent, Sussex, Bexley and Surrey (travel required; access to your own vehicle is essential for this role). Mileage expenses will be paid for travel to locations away from your main workplace, in accordance with the organisation's mileage policy.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 16:30pm)
Salary: £30,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Social Care Trainer to join our People Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer or social care professional looking to develop their career in learning and development.
As a Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mandatory training programmes to colleagues across our organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce remains compliant, competent and confident in delivering high-quality support to the people we serve.
The successful candidate will be passionate about learning, possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, and be committed to their own Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
