Salary: 75,000 - 95,000 + travel expenses + package

The role will encompass M&E responsibilities for a range of developments, including commercial offices, mixed-use buildings, retail spaces, student accommodation, and hotels. You'll oversee the installation, commissioning, and compliance of all M&E services across various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of sustainability, efficiency, and safety.

Previous Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in M&E management within major construction projects, particularly in high-value, mixed-use developments. The ideal applicant will be able to manage complex M&E systems and ensure timely, quality delivery on large-scale projects. Proven leadership and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Technical Services Management roles on projects valued 50m+.
• Expertise in M&E design, installation, and commissioning.
• Ability to manage project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
