Starting each day with a daily meeting, you will inspire employees by setting them up for the day and managing workflow, alongside creating and maintaining schedules and checking stock. Leading the production department and a small team of joiners Creating work schedules and ensuring they are maintained and optimised Managing workflow, beginning with daily meetings Stock checking and overseeing goods in / goods out
