Job Title: Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant

A secondary school we work closely with is seeking SEN TAs to support pupils with additional needs. This role suits graduates or those with experience in youth work, coaching or mentoring.

Key Points:

• Support students with SEN in and out of class, 1:1 and in group settings

• Assist teachers with behaviour and learning support

• Build positive relationships to encourage progress

What You Need:

• A background in working with young people, or a degree and passion for education

• Strong communication and resilience

• DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
