Job Requirements/Description

PCR ltd are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Site Manager / Construction Lead to take on an exciting commercial project on a permanant basis. This is a senior position that requires a strong individual to take responsibility for the overall delivery of key projects from piling through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Serve as the Construction Lead, managing all aspects of project delivery from piling to completion, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

  • Overall Responsibility for Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. (Alongside the Project Manager)

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Site Management Team to ensure smooth operation and execution of the project.

  • Progamming: keep the programme on track and foresee any potential problems that may arise throughout the delivery of the project

  • Project Completion: Oversee the final stages of the project, ensuring successful handover and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in commercial developments, groundworks and piling through to frames and facade, internal fit-out and handover.

  • Health and Safety

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and third parties.

  • Expertise in Project Delivery: In-depth knowledge of managing all phases of project delivery, including pre-construction, programming, quality control, health & safety, and managing risks.
