Due to expansion of the team, this leading M&E provider is looking for Shift engineers to carry out crucial works on a static site close to Liverpool street station.

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Shift Engineers to maintain and enhance our clients building . In this role, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and the operation of Building Management Systems (BMS). Your expertise in handling Electrical issues alongside Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU) is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of both electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated systems.
• Be proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and good site husbandry.
• Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
• To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Commercial environment.

Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or similar

C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.

18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition)
