We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work full-time across welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools in Greenwich. The Role

• Provide in-class support across core subjects: Maths, English, and Science
• Work closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and student engagement
• Offer targeted support to individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist students with varying abilities, including those who may need additional academic support
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is essential
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (Maths, English, or Science)
• A degree is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
