Job Requirements/Description

The Booker Prizes occupy a unique place in the literary sphere, enjoying an enviable reputation as a cultural institution that is highly respected, much loved and hotly debated throughout the world.

The Booker Prize Foundation - the charity that awards the prizes - exists to inspire as many people as possible to read the world's best fiction, driven by a simple belief: that great fiction not only brings joy to millions but has the power to change the way we think about the world. The prizes are just one of the ways in which the Foundation fulfils its mission. Over the past few years the organisation has undergone a digital transformation, as part of which we have broadened our content and expanded our reach, deepening our engagement with existing audiences and seeking new ones around the world.
