Our client is a multi-award-winning leader in the consumer electronics accessories industry, specialising in mobile, IT peripherals, and wireless technology. With a strong global presence and multiple offices worldwide, they employ thousands of talented individuals.

We are now seeking a Demand Planner to ensure accurate forecasting, manage inventory against budget plans, and drive performance to meet key planning KPIs. This role will involve close collaboration with Sales and Product Management to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Role: Demand Planner
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your focus will be on driving collaboration and ensuring optimal business performance.

Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering accurate sales and country-specific SKU-level forecasts to support business planning, ensuring sales targets, customer service levels, costs, and inventory are met. You will leverage market intelligence to identify and recommend actions where forecasts and inventories are out of alignment.
• Actively participating in the EMEA S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, managing forecasted demand for your assigned markets and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define and align forecasts for NPI (New Product Introduction) launches, ensuring any changes are incorporated into the plans.
• Working closely with Sales teams to manage the demand signals for NPI launches and transitions, ensuring proactive communication around demand and cannibalisation risks to resolve issues collaboratively.

About You: Associate Demand Planner
You should have experience using demand and supply planning tools and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
If you speak any additional languages beyond English, this would be an advantage, as the team covers the entire EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading global brand and further develop their demand planning expertise.
