Clerk of Works

What you ll be doing:

• Carrying out site inspections, snagging, and handovers, ensuring work meets quality standards.
• Advising clients on JCT D&B 2016 Contracts and Development Agreements, with support to develop your knowledge if needed.
• Producing high-quality reports and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and residents to resolve issues and drive excellence.
• Staying up to date with Building Regulations and cladding remediation requirements.

What you ll need:

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a ULEZ-compliant vehicle.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction regulations and materials.
• Great communication skills you ll be the key link between multiple stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently while still collaborating with the wider team.
• ICWCI membership is preferred but not essential.
• A commitment to being on-site and in the office when needed home working is limited to maintain team collaboration.
