Head of Corporate Sales Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating revenue and driving the business growtth
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to surpass performance objectives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that connect with our audience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Drive negotiations for high-value contracts to secure favourable terms for the company.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and
  closing, being quick to identify opportunities for improvement and development.
• Mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and professional
  growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and emerging markets.

Desired qualifications & skills:

• A minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in the events, hospitality or catering industry
• Experiience of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Exceptional leadership skills capable of inspiring a diverse team to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills would be essential in this role
  with the ability to think strategically and analytically and proficiency in CRM software and
  Microsoft Office Suite.
