Cordelia's is a exceptional new 80-seater restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair, built around exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and genuine hospitality.

We're creating a vibrant dining destination where great food, expertly crafted drinks and memorable guest experiences come together, and we're looking for a passionate Junior Grill Chef to join our opening team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the grill section and overseeing service operations
• Expertly preparing and cooking premium cuts of meat over a charcoal grill
• Managing cooking temperatures, timings and consistency across all grill dishes
• Supporting, training and developing junior members of the kitchen team
• Working closely with senior chefs to maintain quality and operational standards
• Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie, Grill Chef or Junior Sous Chef
• Strong experience cooking over charcoal grills and open-fire cooking methods
• Excellent knowledge of meat preparation, butchery cuts and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
