• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to implement personalised learning plans.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment to enhance student development.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to optimise outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

• Previous experience working as an SEN Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• A proactive, empathetic, and inclusive approach to teaching.
