The Role
As a Sites Maintenance Multi Trader, you will be responsible for the repairs and planned preventative maintenance service of our portfolio of 6 sites within Greater London. You will be working directly with the maintenance team, ensuring repairs are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking instructions from the maintenance department regarding the daily schedule of jobs at our sites across London
- Attending units to carry out proactive and reactive maintenance repairs
- Completing jobs in accordance with service level agreements
- Registering job progress reports and completing job reports on company CRM portal
- Accurate collation of data for each job (photos/ videos)
- Ensure planned maintenance and breakdown activities are monitored and any delays logged and escalated to the maintenance service team
- Prioritise work scheduled
- Ensure material and supply stock levels are maintained at all times within your vehicle
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are fully implemented to achieve customer satisfaction guaranteeing complaints are handled with empathy and professionalism
- Any other relevant duties as requested by other departments
- Updating information on PDA system
- On occasion covering maintenance tasks for the HMO's within the portfolio
- To comply with Stef & Philips policies and to carry out any duties that may reasonably be required
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience working in temporary and emergency accommodation essential
- Demonstrate substantial experience in multi-skilled trade repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and plastering
- Experience with managing vulnerable individuals and managing sites and HMO properties
- Full clean UK driver's license
- An enhanced DBS / Police check will be completed
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Close attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Working on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team
- Work flexibly to meet the varying demands of the role in order to achieve agreed outcomes
