Part-time Warehouse Operative

We are actively recruiting for a Part-time Warehouse Operative (Temporary to Permanent) to work for a Milton Keynes based company. Our client are one of the market leaders within their sector, and they are recruiting for their peak period.

Working Hours: Thursday, 08:30am - 17:00pm and Friday, 08:30am - 16:00pm. 15 hours a week.

Location: Milton Keyes.

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent.

Start Date: ASAP.

Duties:

• Handing and receiving new products, and supplies (inbound).
• Picking products ready for dispatch. These items can vary in size and weight. Please note, some products can be of a heavy nature.
• Packing products (outbound), ready for distribution. Again, these items can vary in size and weight and some products can be of a heavy nature.
• Loading and loading containers.
• Operating a pump truck.
• Handling internal databases, updating system notes and completing inbound/outbound documentation.

Skills/Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience is essential.
• Core knowledge of operating computer based programmes. Confidence in updating spreadsheets and databases is paramount.
• Strong communication skills, as you may be required to correspond with third parties.
• Fit and healthy, with the ability and willingness to handle heavy products.
