Responsibilities include

• Providing full classroom cover for Y7-11 classes in core and foundation subjects.
• Promoting positive behaviours, with behaviour management in-line with the school behaviour policy.
• Ensure a safe, structured and engaging environment for learning.
• Understanding the school safeguarding policy and implementing where/when required.
• Positive role model for young people.
• Supporting the school day in an adaptive manner.
