Lawyer - Adult Social Care, Education & Employment

Are you eager to land a brand new role for the New Year? Our client in West London are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Legal operations.

Position: Lawyer - Adult Social Care, Education & Employment
Location: West London
Hourly Rate: £28 p/h Umbrella (Rates Are Negotiable)
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)

Hybrid Working Available

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and have conduct of legal files on behalf of all the clients of HB Public Law, including local authorities, housing associations and schools.
• Provide advice, representation and undertake research as requested in relation to Adults Social Care, Education and Employment matters.
• Attend at meetings and court which may take place outside of normal office hours and off site as required.
• Support the development of HB Public Law with Team Leaders and Service Managers.

Job Requirements

• 2 years or more exprience within a local authority envrionment or a similar organisation.
• Previous experience within a Lawyer role or equivalent.
• Must be a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, qualified solicitor, barrister or appropriately qualified overseas lawyer.
• Specialist knowledge of Adult Social Care, Education and/or Employment law.
