Aids and Adapations

This is for a full-time position, primarily based at our main workplace or our partnered contractor's workplace. The role involves site visits to various Council properties, communicating with tenants regarding recommended works, and managing all agreed works from start to finish according to team policies and procedures.The use of CAD is required for design work. The candidate must be confident in communicating via email, phone, and in person with tenants, our partnered contractor, occupational therapists, and various teams within the Council. Attendance and involvement in team and work-related meetings (no evenings) are expected. The role also requires updating and clear processing of all current caseloads, strong organisational skills, knowledge of compliant adaptations, and knowledge of asbestos. #
