The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards, creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and planting.
• Maintain flowerbeds, lawns, shrubs, and other landscape features.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and power tools.
• Carry out litter picking, pressure washing, and other outdoor cleaning tasks as required.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing our client in a professional and courteous manner.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture and landscaping practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
