Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Firm

With projects ranging from £50M to £200M, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial builds and high-end residential developments in the heart of London.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and assessments.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, costs, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff, promoting professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SME or Tier 1 contractors, with exposure to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential construction projects.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Profound understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field. Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, RICS) are highly desirable.
