Electrician

Domestic Electrician - Covering area from Egham to Brentford

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per year, temp to perm option available
Location: Egham to Brentford

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Electrician to provide electrical and remedial services to housing association properties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EICR testing and electrical maintenance within the social housing sector.

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection and Testing
• Proven experience in EICR testing and electrical fault diagnosis
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct EICR testing and inspections
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and complete EICR certifications
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants
