Engineering Manager (Bus & Coach)

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager in High Wycombe. It's a depot that's grown very quickly in last 12 months and fleet is now up to 100 vehicles. As the most senior engineering management role on site, the EM has following main responsibilities

• Service Delivery - to deliver a safe, reliable, and quality product to our customers

• People to lead and manage an engineering team of approx. 15 employees, ensuring that all staff are motivated, competent, and well equipped to perform their role effectively

• Safety to uphold standards and behaviors across the depot and ensure compliance with company policy.

• Value & Efficiency to ensure that all vehicle & property maintenance activity is delivered in line with budget wherever possible
