• Proven experience in a finance business partner role, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
