M & E Asset Surveyor

ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for an M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial, Education, and Local authority buildings.

About the role:-

• Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
• Provide different types of asset surveys, asset verifications, and asset compliance audits
• Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
• Producing technical and defect analysis reports
• Life cycle costings
• Organise your week accordingly depending on workload, traveling to meet with clients
• Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet-ups with the team at the head office.
• Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.

Salary package:

Our client is offering a salary between 40k to 55k, depending on experience, as well as an excellent pension scheme, 26 holidays + bank holidays, and flexible working.

You must have relevant M&E surveying experience and a qualification to be successful with your application.
