IT Systems Administrator

Excellent opportunity for a talented IT Systems Administrator to join a brilliant client's team who specialise within the trading industry. The successful candidate will join a small but very established IT team and you'll also be given the opportunity to work closely with the development, research and data focussed teams within the business. This role will certainly be a step up from your current position, so we are looking for passionate and technical minded individuals who are confident in their own ability and are looking to move their career forward.
Our client's office is based in central London where they enjoy a collaborative environment and are full of talented individuals from a solid science and programming background. This role is a full-time office based position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Infrastructure including on-site and off-site servers
• Monitoring in house software applications
• Administering Active Directory and Group Policy
• Managing storage systems including NAS and iSCSI
• Managing Microsoft Windows universe

Skills required:

• Networking experience (Ideally Juniper)
• Hyper-V
• Solid hardware experience - building customer machines
• Experience of system administration within Microsoft Active Directory environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally at least a BSc in Computer literate subject
