Mechanical Installation Supervisor

Location: Sittingbourne

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Mechanical Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate the work of our engineers and sub-contractors in the installation of bespoke water treatment systems. This hands-on role involves managing site activities from induction through to commissioning and sign-off, ensuring all work is carried out safely and meets customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other Installation Engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Motivate and support the team to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee and assist with on-site tasks and ensure proper coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Liaise with customers and the design team during system commissioning.
• Maintain clear communication with both the client and the office-based project team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HND/HNC or equivalent in a relevant field
• CSCS card - Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision ideally!
• At least 2 years' experience in water treatment systems ideally!
• Familiarity with the UK water industry ideally!
• Willingness to travel to sites, including overnight stays if required.
• Full driving license (any endorsements must be disclosed upon application).
