Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum
Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
Location: Slough

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a background in manufacturing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business, working a consistent day shift in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects.
• Ensure all work is conducted in line with health and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC).
• Experience in the plastics industry is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
