Finance Administrator

Finance Administrator Location: Bishop's StortfordSalary: £19,500- £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - FridayContract: Full-time, Office-based About the Role Join our Client Services team supporting financial administration for clients. You'll handle client-focused tasks, provide administrative support, and help maintain our professional office environment. This role would suit someone who is looking to have a career in Financial Services, rather than accountancy. Key Responsibilities

• Update client information on Iress Xplan database
• Generate and send client risk profile results
• Process Letters of Authority and conduct AML checks
• Collate compliance documents (valuations, schedules, fact finds)
• Update Client Agreements and GDPR information
• Provide general administrative support

Essential Requirements

• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for maths and financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Team player who can also work independently
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn
• Strict confidentiality and data protection adherence
