We are recruiting for a temporary Department Administrator to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at their state of art facilities in Broxbourne.

About The Role
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about supporting the administrative needs ofthe curriculum areas (Construction) within Directorates. They will beresponsible for the administration within curriculum areas. They will assist thecurriculum teams in ensuring that all administrative processes are compliant.
Duties include:
The role is based within the Construction Department offices working within a team of 4 at the Broxbourne Campus. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with unpaid breaks. The contract is for an initial 4 weeks with possibility of extension. The rate of pay is between £14.77 and £15.61 dependant on experience.
About You
Successful candidates will display a high level ofadministrative support skills including a confident telephone manner (min 1 year). They will have previous experience of working in a similar role, ability to manage information efficiently and effectively and experience of providing a customer focussed service.
They will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets and databases, possess a good standard of written andverbal communication, have the ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment, have proven experience which will enable you to carry out work with minimum supervision and the ability to organise your work in an effective way.
